Booking Confirmation
After successfully completing your booking and payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your booking details, itinerary (if applicable), and contact information for your host or experience provider.
Booking confirmations are typically sent within a few minutes after payment.
Digital Services
The following services are delivered digitally:
- Experience bookings
- Accommodation reservations
- Tour reservations
No physical shipping is required for these services.
Marketplace Orders
If you purchase handmade products through the MetNativ Marketplace:
- Processing time: 2–5 business days
- Delivery time within Egypt: 3–7 business days
- International delivery: Subject to destination and shipping provider
- Shipping fees are calculated during checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on the location of the artisan and courier availability.
Delays
Occasionally, deliveries or booking confirmations may be delayed due to:
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Remote rural locations
- Unexpected operational circumstances
Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.
